RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

No Prorated Refunds: Space Saver operates on a month-to-month basis. Rent is due on the first day of your monthly billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for customers who move out before the end of their cycle.

Pre-paid Rent: Rent is non-refundable. For customers who choose to pre-pay multiple months (with or without a discount), please be aware that we do not offer refunds or prorated returns for unused time if you vacate the unit before the end of your pre-paid period. We recommend pre-paying only for the duration you are certain you will need.

Move-Out Notice: We require at least 5 days’ notice prior to the end of your current billing cycle. To officially close your account and stop future billing, the unit must be completely emptied, swept clean, and your lock must be removed.

Administrative Fees: All administrative fees, late fees, and lock-cut fees are non-refundable.
