Terms and Conditions

Non-Bailment: This agreement is a “License to Occupy” space, it is not a bailment. Space Saver does not take care, custody, or control of your goods. You store at your own risk.

Insurance Requirement: All tenants are required to maintain insurance on their stored property. Space Saver does not provide insurance for your belongings.

Prohibited Items: You may not store hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids (gasoline must be drained from stored engines), perishable food, or living animals/plants. Living or sleeping in a unit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Lien Rights (Oklahoma Law): Pursuant to Oklahoma Self-Service Storage Act, Space Saver has a lien on all personal property stored in the unit for rent, labor, or other charges. If rent is not paid, your property may be sold at auction to satisfy the lien.

Gate Access: Access is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to deny gate access if rent is 5 days past due.
